Forever Floor is our optional yearly care plan, available on any floor we install: for a set yearly rate, we come back, inspect it, clean it, and recoat whatever needs it. Your floor keeps looking the way it did the day we left.
What is Forever Floor?
A simple yearly agreement: for a set dollar amount per year, we inspect, clean, and recoat your floor as necessary. No surprise invoices, no "should have caught that sooner" — just a floor that keeps looking new.
It's optional, it's flat-rate, and it's available on every floor we install — and on most floors we didn't.
One visit. Four jobs.
Coated and polished floors don't fail overnight — they fade, wear thin in traffic lanes, and lose their seal slowly. One scheduled visit a year catches all of it while it's still small.
Inspect
We walk the whole floor — traffic lanes, edges, seams, and seal — and flag anything starting to wear before it turns into a problem.
Deep clean
A proper commercial clean lifts out ground-in grime and contaminants that everyday mopping leaves behind, prepping the surface to recoat.
Recoat where needed
Worn topcoat and high-traffic lanes get a fresh coat — bringing the gloss, slip resistance, and protection back to day-one condition.
Report
You get a short written record of what we found and did, so the floor's history — and its guarantee — stays clear year over year.
