Diamond-ground, densified, and polished to the gloss you choose — a hard, low-maintenance, light-reflective floor for retail, warehouses, showrooms, garages, and modern homes.
Polished concrete isn’t a coating — it’s your actual concrete slab mechanically refined. We grind the surface with progressively finer diamond tooling, harden it with a chemical densifier, then polish it to the sheen you want.
The result is a single, seamless floor with nothing to peel, chip, or delaminate. It stands up to abrasion and tire traffic, reflects light to brighten the space, and never needs waxing — just routine dust-mopping.
Pick your floor size, gloss level, and slab condition for a rough price range. It's an estimate — every floor gets a real on-site assessment before we put a number in writing.
Every step is mechanical, and we run dust extraction throughout to keep the mess down — though any grinding still throws some fine dust. We dial the final grit to the gloss level you signed off on.
Coarse-to-fine diamond grinding flattens the slab and opens the surface, removing old coatings, glue, and blemishes.
A lithium-silicate densifier penetrates and hardens the concrete, making it more abrasion- and stain-resistant.
Progressive resin grits bring the surface up to your chosen sheen — matte, satin, or high-gloss.
An optional penetrating guard adds stain resistance for kitchens, retail, and high-traffic zones.
Optional on every install: for a set yearly rate we inspect, clean, and recoat as needed — so your floor stays looking like day one, forever.
Same durable floor — the grit level sets how much it shines. See samples at the showroom.
