Polyaspartic chip-broadcast floors that shrug off hot tires, road salt, and oil — UV-stable, slip-resistant, and installed in two days.
Those crisp, speckled garage floors you’ve seen are a flake-broadcast system — and ours goes down in three layers: a special epoxy base coat for a rock-solid bond, vinyl flake broadcast into it, and a high-quality polyaspartic finish coat on top. The epoxy grips the slab; the polyaspartic shrugs off cold, UV, and hot tires.
We grind the slab bare, roll on the epoxy base and broadcast decorative vinyl flake into it to refusal, then lock everything in under the clear polyaspartic finish coat. The result resists hot-tire pickup, road salt, oil, and abrasion — and wipes clean with a mop.
It’s the same system we install in commercial shops, showrooms, and warehouses, just sized to your space. Every layer is tested in Saskatchewan weather; finished in a long weekend.
Pick your garage size, finish, and slab condition for a rough price range. It's an estimate, not a firm quote — every floor gets a real on-site slab assessment before we put a number in writing.
A real two-day install — not a rushed one-day job. The extra day is why it lasts.
Day one: we diamond-grind the slab to bare concrete, then fill cracks, pits, and spalls so the coating bonds for good.
Day one: a special epoxy base coat goes down and the decorative vinyl flake is broadcast into it to full refusal for an even, rich texture.
Day two: we scrape back the excess flake and roll on a high-quality clear polyaspartic finish coat — UV-stable and hot-tire-proof — that locks everything in.
Walk on it that evening; drive on it about 24 hours after the final coat — polyaspartic’s fast cure at work.
Optional on every install: for a set yearly rate we inspect, clean, and recoat as needed — so your floor stays looking like day one, forever.
